It is the policy of the Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust to administer all mid-year admissions enquiries by email:
We will endeavour to answer all emails within 48 hours.
Our published admissions number is 60 per year group.
The dates for our autumn term meetings for prospective parents of Reception children due to start in September 2027 can be found below:

KEY DATES FOR THE 2027/2028 SCHOOL YEAR
9th November 2026 - Applications open officially
November 2026 - Hereward Primary School will conduct some information sessions for prospective new parents (as above)
15th January 2026 - Closing date to apply for a school place for your child for September 2027. Applications submitted after this date count as late and lower your chances of getting a preferred school.
16th April 2027- National Offer Day (Parents are informed of the outcome of their application)
23rd April 2027 - Closing date for Nursery applications
